Here at Continental we celebrate life by focusing on the mind, body, & spirit. We believe each resident is unique and special and we offer a complete range of quality programs to address their individual needs. Our goal is to assist all of our residents in achieving their maximum potential through an individualized plan of care, utilizing a team of experienced health care professionals that will enable our seniors to maintain their dignity while maximizing their rehab potential. Many of our Residents are able to return to their homes and resume their healthy and active lifestyles. Long term placement as well as short term respite care and rehabilitative stays are offered.
Medical Attention
We have a number of local physicians available to help coordinate/render care and services for you or your loved one. Additional on-site health related services include: dental services, eye clinic, audiology, x-ray, wound care monitoring, internal feeding, oxygen therapy, IV therapy, pain management, behavioral management, hospice care, psychiatric services, in-house dialysis and physical, occupational & speech therapy.
